Basic classes are 45 minutes long and are offered at 9 to 9:45am, 9:45 to 10:30am, and 10:30 to 11:15am. Basic programming is available to kids who will be in grades 4 - 8 in Fall 2017. Team members, coaches, mentors, parents and interested friends are all invited to this free workshop which will introduce this year's Challenge missions to all FLL teams.

These are the details you will need to design and set up your playing field, i.e. build the mission models that go on the playing field, set everything up in the right places, and learn what your robot is expected to accomplish in its various missions on the playing field. Our experienced Robotics leaders will guide you through all of the details!

The workshop will be held on Thursday, Sept. 1, 6:30 - 8pm at La Mariposa School in the multipurpose room. La Mariposa is at 4800 Corte Olivas in Camarillo.

Businesses that invest in the communities they serve are richly rewarded with the regard and patronage of appreciative families. Sponsoring a team of 4th through 8th grade kids in FIRST LEGO League is just such an investment. Not only is your business name on FLL T-shirts worn by some 150-200 kids and their families -- along with tons of other acknowledgements -- you will be investing in the future economy of our area by jumpstarting these kids' imaginations and interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) careers.

    Download your sponsorship application here!
